In 1995 marks the 50th anniversary of F.A.O., the United Nations Organization for Agriculture and Food. This is an important historical and social occasion for OMAS, which gives us the opportunity to collaborate with such a significant partnership and work together to achieve its objectives. Part of the profits from these sales will be donated to F.A.O for their efforts and research. OMAS collaborated with renowned sculptor Gio Pomodoro, the result ... a magnificent symbol of the organization and its humanitarian efforts. A world edition of 6,000 pieces, the FAO pen is made of dark green vegetable resin chosen to represent the richness of agriculture. The main band is laminated in gold and detailed with the years 1945-1995 and the logo of the FAO. A cane of wheat, the symbol of the organization, delicately wraps the clip. The 18KT tip also engraved with the official logo.
